John was referred to us by his wife to help with a single front crown that had come off. This crown had a history of coming off on multiple occasions. This initial appointment started our conversation about dental function and aesthetics. John's case involved the correction of functional issues that had led to the breakdown of his front teeth. Attempting to correct the aesthetics without a thorough understanding of the related functional issues would have been impossible. We started by doing some recontouring of his gums in selective areas on both his upper and lower arches. I then used all porcelain bonded crowns to complete his case.
